The venue has a side parking lot used for vendors, bridal party & family. Guest parking can be found on the street or we have access to the 601 Main Street Car Parking Lot (located 1 block West of Magnolia). There is also a parking lot across the street that can be rented.
The venue has a 3-room getting ready suite located on the 2nd floor, big enough for both sides of the bridal party and the whole fam!
The Magnolia has an open vendor policy- as long as they are licensed and insured.
The Magnolia is a well versed team. We have day of coordination, partial & full service planning, as well as floral services.
The venue opens at noon to allow for decorations and vendor setup. Additional setup hours available upon request.
You have the option to hold your ceremony indoors either by doing an Oscar style ceremony (guests are seated at the reception tables) or we can set the inside up with traditional ceremony seating and perform a "flip" afterwards for a small fee.
