These are our most frequently asked questions

  • How many guests does this venue hold?
    250 seats & 300 standing
  • What is included in the overall price?
    Tables, chairs, setup, teardown, cleaning, outdoor garden and rehearsal run-through.
  • How many hours of event time do you allow?
    6 hours
  • What about parking?
    The venue has a side parking lot used for vendors, bridal party & family. Guest parking can be found on the street or we have access to the 601 Main Street Car Parking Lot (located 1 block West of Magnolia). There is also a parking lot across the street that can be rented.
  • Where do I get ready?
    The venue has a 3-room getting ready suite located on the 2nd floor, big enough for both sides of the bridal party and the whole fam!
  • What is the vendor policy?
    The Magnolia has an open vendor policy- as long as they are licensed and insured.
  • What other services are there?
    The Magnolia is a well versed team. We have day of coordination, partial & full service planning, as well as floral services.
  • What time can we access the venue?
    The venue opens at noon to allow for decorations and vendor setup. Additional setup hours available upon request.
  • What happens if I'm having my ceremony outside and it rains?
    You have the option to hold your ceremony indoors either by doing an Oscar style ceremony (guests are seated at the reception tables) or we can set the inside up with traditional ceremony seating and perform a "flip" afterwards for a small fee.
  • Anything else I should know?
    The Magnolia team are advocates & allies for the LGBTQIA+ community. It is important for us to show our support and celebrate marriage for all. Love is love!

    150 for an outdoor ceremony and 170 for the indoor reception.

  • What about parking?
    The venue has a large parking lot directly across the street from the venue. The parking lot next door is NOT owned by us, but parking is allowed after 3PM.
  • Where do I get ready?
    The venue has a second floor getting ready space that holds a bridal suite as well as a groomsmen space at no additional charge.
