At the Magnolia Venue and Urban Garden we have an open vendor policy. All vendors must be licensed and insured. We have a trusted list of preferred vendors that we share with all our clients. Our venue team is happy to help with vendor selection. We want you and your guests to have the best experience possible, any caterers not on our preferred vendor list requires approval.
Reclaimed wooden plank floors, chandeliers, exposed brick walls, ceiling, and string lighting complete the setting.
GETTING READY
SUITES
Located on our second floor. We are happy to offer 1500 sq ft of getting ready space. With three separate rooms, allowing a space for everyone in your wedding party. Outfitted with chandeliers, makeup chairs, mirrors, clothing racks, rolling bar carts, couches and chairs.
It's the perfect place for pictures, first looks, and all things getting ready! We open the getting ready suites at 8am! See you in the makeup chair!!
ENTERTAIN
Just steps from City Market and Downtown KC. The Magnolia Venue & Urban Garden boasts over 6,000 sqft. of indoor space and a stunning 4,000 sqft. outdoor garden. This venue can accommodate up to 250 guests for an indoor reception as well as outdoor ceremony.
Art deco chandeliers, and floor to ceiling windows give the space an open and romantic feel.

Magnolia Venue is beyond beautiful! The space is elegant and feels like home! I always dreamed of a garden wedding and this place is straight out of a wedding catalog. The decoration inventory is huge! I couldn't image getting married anywhere else! The staff is so kind and they are all SO helpful! They are professional yet feel like a friend is helping you plan your special day! This venue is amazing!
